The Passive word means: Designing and implementing Online courses requires active involvement.

Sep 3, 2024

For most service-based businesses, passive and leveraged income-generating products sound like a great concept, however there's a myriad of psychological and mental issues that can arise when making the leap into this area. There's a false belief that passive income is the most lucrative kind of income. Yes, it's possible to earn money from your bed and go to the beach. You're right, but there's no need to market it to me.

However, what if you truly consider the clients that are buying your product? If, for instance, you don't want to head off to the beach, but rather, you'd prefer to stay around, clasp hands, ask concerns, and really support your customers through the program?

Is that a sign of an unprofessional professional?

Does that mean that you're justleveraging however you're not creating true passive income so it's a failure?

Not at ALL.

We're here to inform you that leveraged is the new black.

In addition that, passive income has been a major source of income in this year.

Online course creators who are successful remain in touch with their clients

Gorgeous, heart-centered entrepreneurs are putting together BRILLIANT leveraged programs and keeping in touch with their tribe which is loving the way they do it.

In an age where customers have ALREADY signed up for dozens of online programs but have yet to finish them, another self-study program can be considered a just white noise.

In this day and age, people have a pity on being pushed through automated funnels, lead generators, and generally forced to leap through hoops in order to determine how much amount of money you'd like to make and the best way to get it to you, online buyers are pushing back. They are refusing. Delaying the decision until they are able to work with someone one-on-one or in a high-touch group program which requires a lot of face-to-face interaction.

For connected course creators, this could be GREAT news.

Personally, I do not even consider it in my genes to make an income that is truly passive. My very first truly passive income product was a calendar for yearly entrepreneurs that cost $19.98. The first time I launched it, I sold 170 copies which were stunning. I then proceeded to start communicating with buyers to make sure they were filling it in, to find out if they found it helpful as well as to give suggestions on how to maintain it throughout the year.

It is not an investment product with a passive income. Actually, I was chastising those who purchased it, to learn their thoughts and to assist them in using it!

One year later, I unveiled the Heart and Soul planner again in the latter half of 2015. This time, it included two group sessions that were live one in which I led everyone through the planner page each page by page, answering their questions and offering recommendations, as well as a third workshop where I helped participants come up with their own strategies for implementation to make sure the planner did not become just another dust collector.

By turning my passive product into one that could be leveraged I realized a variety of benefits for seller and buyer alike:

  1. I was more connected to those who bought and I could make sure that people got great value - felt good for me, and good for them.
  2. I made a TRIBE, we were all on the live call together, and members were communicating with each others, cheering one another up and sharing ideas and suggestions. There was no divide and conquer - instead, it was about uniting and connect.
  3. People became familiar with me - and therefore, my KLT (know, like, trust) rating soared.
  4. The conversion to higher-end products was phenomenal - out of the 256 women who bought this time, around, three have become VIP customers, 14 joined one of my signature programs, and at least 20 people have enrolled in my business school within just six weeks. The conversion will continue to happen throughout the year, I am sure.

When you're contemplating and planning your next program, course or product, you should give consideration of designing something that's more energised, as well as not as passive. Sure, you might have to show up to be more consistent in your efforts.

But you never know that you may discover that you enjoy the idea.
