We've just launched a impressive new set of analytics and metrics experience that will help you tackle the tough questions you need to answer in order to improve your businessand also amaze data geeks and novices alike.

No worries about metrics tracking

When it comes to metrics, less is more. So to make sense of the noise We've compiled five key member-related metrics, and then displaying the results in a way that is easy to understand that you are able to focus on growth and member retention.

Worry-free metrics tracking

What we're tracking: ( expanded / new)

  • Monthly recurring revenue is the essential metric to consider for a membership business. It is the answer to the question: How much money could I anticipate to earn? Our metrics now clarify the reasons behind the numbers (including LTV and ARPM).
  • Net revenue shows you the amount of the money you earned last month (minus refunds) and also where it was derived from.
  • Paying members let you look at the total amount of recurring members in your account -as well as the modifications which affect that number.
  • Churn shows how much money that you've lost -- voluntary or not -- along with the amount that was churned.
  • Trials displays how many members are choosing to keep their recurring membership after the trial has ended.

Review metrics from different plans

We've developed a specific view of all five metrics, and provided you with an easy way to evaluate MRR, net revenue, Paying Members and Churn across five programs: easily find out the things that are working, and what's not, and where to double up.

Get to the bottom of the story

Select any value in a table and we'll take you to the relevant calendar month and display a list of data points that make up the total data point. If, for instance, new members contributed $1500 to your MRR in June, you'll be in a position to see MRR, charted by each day of June, as well as a list of related members.
