Jo Franco

"JoClub is an abbreviation, which is a reference to Journaling Club, but also can be a suitable reference to my name." Jo Franco begins. "When I began to write, I was overwhelmed with my emotions. I also remember having siblings of a different generation who weren't keen to share my journey. So, I started creating."

"I had no passport, hidden under my car and kept my face away from authorities. I was proficient in Portuguese and taking classes in English as well as navigating around the streets," she says. "I acquired a variety of different languages and was recognized. However I was unpopular due to being viewed among the odd children. I stood out from the other children. My age was regarded as high end and I had a natural voice and peaceful personality.

"Of certain, it's easy to consider it now, and the way I experienced. At that time, I experienced a feeling of guilt and despair "Why am I feeling alone and as if I'm not being heard? Everyone experiences the same sensation."

It was truly a satisfaction knowing that Jo was able to utilize journals to journal: "I had a more aware and a more acceptable perception of myself. By simply watching, without taking a negative perspective. I've written about my negative experiences and was aware of the positive things taking place in my life. The possibility was there to alter my mental process. Not only what I wrote, but I was able try and understand the way I viewed things when I looked for positive results. I was responsible to seek positive things that would give me uplifting topics for me to write about. I grew into an enthusiastic individual. I was more optimistic."

Be aware of the conditions

As a student living within Manhattan, Jo was overwhelmed by the number of voices she needed to control. Jo also managed to create space in her journal. "It wasn't a question about what I was doing in the United States or Europe, I was able to use the journal that allowed me to come back and be myself.

Jo found much-needed space in her journal

"My "why" gives my friends and family members the same confidence that "You're assured of being fine regardless of what circumstances take place. This is not just because you're capable of helping others in your own ways but it's also a excellent way to document your personal story. This is because when you make a record of your experience, you are making an act of appreciation in the context of the way it happened. The thoughts you write down are always in line with your own and individual thoughts."

"There's scientific evidence that backs the assertion" she says. "There exist clinical trials which show gratitude for a treatment. People who can record their appreciation and gratitude, they are happier."

"Give your brain the chance to rest. Take the burden off of your shoulders, and then put the words down on the paper. If you write about difficult things, you're giving you to think about your thoughts and feelings, then write your thoughts in a way that is sensitive. Emotions that we feel could cause us to be stressed. They are at the core of everything. They're the core of confidence, as well as the basis of charisma. This is the reason they constitute the main reason behind people being in a room in order to get lucky."

"Maybe it's because the member is private"

Jo certainly attended a number of worthwhile events throughout 2020. Thanks to her YouTube channel that has more than a million subscribers, Jo received a fee to travel. "I was a fan of my active lifestyle and social. And then I began writing. The writing was happening in the middle of me. I was writing a journal."

In January of 2020 the actress was offered a Netflix assignment as host for The World's Most Amazing Vacation Rentals. "It took me away from YouTube and onto traditional presentation. Anybody who's been in the process of creating a production knows that it's not a quick process to finish. The process takes about sixteen hours of labor and an endless sequence of 'Hurry up and complete it'. Now is the time to style your hair and get all your makeup put on. You can draw lines to draw on your head. They could read like "No No, you're not lying! It's the perfect moment to sketch these lines!"

In the event of any interruption that was of long length, Jo would write. "Writing was a pastime for me, so I aimed to make it a business which was profitable." The popularity of covid grew after the show was aired since the principal source of revenue vanished.

"I felt anxious, just like everyone else. I made the decision to post photos of my diary. A hundred days later, I had published my journal on Instagram Stories. I was thinking "Hey it could be an opportunity to join an group." I thought there are people looking to meet through the internet and create collectively. That's the way JoClub began. It was four years ago. It's insane!"

The Netflix show, Jo realized that journaling provided a lens she used to see the world. "It was not just something you perform for pleasure. When you're traveling for a couple of days and are fatigued. It's very easy to be caught up in something that is completely distinct than what you're expecting to get.

"You already know that, "This is how I think about the value of living. This is how I live my life. I was able to see that when I purge other items, the only thing that isn't going to be removed is my writing. It was crucial for me to incorporate it as part of the next phase in my life."

Her work is far more extensive than she had imagined.

Jo decided to join the program. "I was expected to upload three video clips each week in 3 different languages. I had to find people to take their place, and then fire the people. I managed to build the machine that created content."

Something had to change. "I wanted to find ways to expand the notion. If you're burned out and tired out, as happens to many creators who are tired of their work, it's impossible to earning a profit. It was concluded that should I want to be employed in a career that is expected to last for an extended period of time, I must determine what I could do to shift my main focus towards making money."

Jo thought of launching something more substantial than she. Journaling groups began with a bang by using Zoom: "The membership started at only $19 a month and includes live chats each month and daily prompts for journaling and sent out to every member's email."

The goal was to design activities that resembled exercises. Two prompts were given to participants, followed by discussion. After that, two prompts came in, and were later broken into separate rooms. "It transformed into IP (intellectual property)," she recalls. "After about six months, I was thinking about the possibilities for facilitators being educated to run these types of events? Facilitators might be able to help facilitate methods to improve JoClub's experience by offering something new that I've not had previously? They wanted to "extract the enthusiasm" and work in tandem with facilitators. Many of them are participants in JoClub and could create the art journal style as along with an "bring your own songs" contest for performers of the younger age category, as well as different related.

"Now we're hosting as much as six sessions a month. I'm able to organize any sessions that I'd like" she claims. "Beautiful items that I'd had no idea of giving the consideration. I also host retreats for to test my ideas in an academic institution as well as working investigating a broad range of subject matter. This group would not be equipped to accomplish this had I not been Jo Franco's group's the group's director."

Cohesion in the social and cultural sphere

"An vital aspect of joining the organization is that you create an area" she explains. "If you are buying the membership but are coming into your home, it is possible to decorate your house to suit the design you want." Jo and her team have looked at strategies to make discussions more enjoyable. will be entertaining and ensure that "people take part in discussion within the confines of their local communities and feel they're getting value from their money."

"It's this distinction in the meaning of "audience" instead of "membership," she adds. "An audience is going to be able react to what you post. but that doesn't mean that the information is an exchange of thoughts. If I post the image and someone reacts by using a method that may occur to a particular group, but through the group I'm managing I'm part of the system that occurs when you join this specific group."

Jo is pondering ways to get join the group and also how she can manage those who are not familiar with the group. "How will we manage people who enter the area who feel that they're not an integral part of our community? Once you've begun becoming adept at curating which is the reason why some people have been staying longer durations of time."

She is aware that this isn't something that is easy. "It's an area in which you must be an enthusiastic person to acquire new skills because the membership is constantly increasing in membership. If you aren't keeping up-to-date with the latest changes happening within your area those who are members will likely quit."

It's clear that Jo is a compassionate person and has brought the wisdom she gained from journaling in her leadership of the business she manages. Journaling is a technique she believes helps us to improve our awareness of ourselves. School curriculum does not teach the following: "We're not given tools for managing emotions. There are strategies to aid people in tough spot. I was stunned by the amount of benefit. I was awed by the options I had to pursue a passion. As I got older, I realised, "Damn! It was an undiscovered fact for me!"

You have tools to save yourself

Many people inquire about her "Jo at the age of 30, what did do to accomplish it? After that I wrote down the details, and then it all worked according to what I had in mind." She smiles.
