The Level Up Creators team - image (c) welevelupcreators.com
"We are all aware that the most creators are beyond burnt out of the content production and distribution side of their work," starts Amanda Northcutt the founder of Level Up Creators. "So we love to help creators increase their publishing opportunities."
Her business at Level Up Creators is a reflection of the companies they help people operate and also practice what they preach by employing the same techniques to make the most of these distribution opportunities. "We take source content like an audio or video in long form or ebook or maybe a 5,000 word essay," she explains. "This is an enormous body of work from which you could get blogs, emails leads, lead magnets and many dozens of social media post.
"I'm not suggesting you repeat what you've said on your YouTube video however, you could choose to take an add-on or reductionist approach," she adds. "You might summarize important points of your 10 minute video into an email or you could write an article and elaborate on a particular point. It could be possible to create a new piece of source material if you write that."
Amanda declares that this is only one approach for helping creators think more strategically about the growth of their business. The aim here is to leverage already existing material in the best method possible "Successful users know the right levers they should pull in order to reap maximum returns. Our team is helping with disseminating and distribution of the content straight from the beginning." Amanda and her team support the tactical mindset and then help with writing the creation of content. "This is to reduce burnout and over-work which is essential, so that a creator has a space for creativity within their minds."

Level Up Creators can also take administrative duties off the creator's burden. "We're handling DMs and emails, as well as calendars, gatekeeping, brand deals, and we do talent management as well. And then we get to developing a roadmap to the product, making awesome stuff, and then marketing it!" The team helps makers with "the requirements to bring them to a point at which that conversation can be acknowledged as having the credibility it needs".
Amanda along with her staff members are here to "have people let their minds to dream large," she says. "We seek to know where the creator wants to go, including lifestyle architectural factors, as well as income goals. We help put together an overall plan for the future - the mission, vision as well as the values and objectives that form"the North Star of a company. This is what everyone looks at when trying to make a decision, at least when it comes to a business that is run well."
Marketing is a process that involves thinking.
After the process of thinking and freeing up of creative brainpower is taken care of The Level Up Creators will examine specific offerings such as memberships or online masterclasses which are suited to the creator and align with these visions. "For example, we ask ourselves, 'How will the creation of a membership program align with our long-term plan?' This is the litmus test."
"We could collaborate together with creators from other fields. We are able to do brand agreements. We are able to start your own merchandise line. You can do high-ticket, one-on-one coaching and group training. We look at the solution set and determine which product we can pack it with and help bring those to markets."
Level Up Creators also wants to ensure that its customers are connected to their ecosystem of: businesses and creators as well as others that are not competing, have tangentially connected organizations or those with identical audience.
Amanda believes in audience sharing: "a rising tide lifts every boat and the pie can always be greater," she smiles. "It's not like if I have my own audience then they'll quit and not return' - because they're following you to a purpose." As such, affiliate programs and similar initiatives are crucial and Level Up Creators connects the dots with its marketing automation.

This 'marketing automation' may sound rather technical but Amanda promotes it in a way that is as convincing as everything else. "It's the system that lets a creator communicate with their customers, on a scale. It's a behind the scenes automated sales system that works to support you 24/7 and on your customers' terms.
The machine connects every electronic touchpoint that you've got with your customers and prospective customers using a backend software or two that are carefully configured to take your community to the next stage of their journey with you that will eventually lead to a purchase.
"We're very active with email lists as well as partnership marketing," Amanda adds. "When you have your marketing correctly your subscriber will be at the helm. They only see content that is relevant to them. It works fantastically. We'd like to bring individuals to be part of the email community.
"Then we'll want to deliver value repeatedly, diligently strategically and in the context of a bigger plan," Amanda concludes. "We are looking to be sure that we're delivering quality before we ask customers to purchase items. However, we will solicit people to purchase things because we're only selling things that are making people's lives more enjoyable, right? !"
