Social message in illustrations The CreativeMindClass Blog

"I am a first generation Canadian artist, working as an illustrator and designer from the Montreal Studio. Following my studies in illustration as well as design at university and in college and now working in a variety of fields using both of streams of expertise to create bright and colorful pictures for editorials, packaging and publishing, and more."

How would you describe the style you prefer?
"I think of my style as bright, vibrant and high contrast and often has a subdued social justice message hiding somewhere. I am a total color-lover and a bit of a maximalist with regards to my art style."

What is the key to making your illustrations?
"An essential part of my work is creating art that expresses my convictions and values. I'm not the most outspoken or extroverted person, so I usually make use of my work to convey my beliefs, speak out about injustices and raise awareness of causes that matter a significant amount to me."
