Release Notes, October 2023: Tax Exemptions for New Year as well as New APIs for Offers

We've just launched an updated API for Offers that allows users to provide upsells, cross-sells of additional offers, add-ons and other deals to potential customers at every interaction with customers.

Tax Exemption Updates on Digital Invoicing

The App allows users to create the tax-free ID any quote that is made within the App or using the Quotes API. The change is applicable to every country that supports the new policy and has tax collection capabilities.

Revised Zip Coding Requirements in North America

Both in the USA as well as Canada In both Canada and the USA, customers will be required to input postal codes, or zip codes, respectively. This allows us to check more accurately the tax exemption number when making quotes. This is applicable to customer generated quotations, as well as the quotes created by customers who are end-customers.

Expanded support for tax exempted purchases made in Japan

The customers who sell to Japan can now input JCT tax identification numbers JCT tax IDs when they conduct B2B transactions. Customers will pay the cheapest tax rate of minus percent, and will report it directly to a system of accounting that uses reverse change.
