Not Making Enough Money as Coach? This is how to fix it.
It pains me when coaches aren't properly paid for the work they do.
Coaches are doing phenomenal work in helping clients get and stay healthy build amazing relationships, develop amazing businesses, create wealth, and so much more.
Coaches assist people in getting rid of pain and achieve their heart's desires.
You can also be the best coach in the world, and still not get paid what you're worth, when you're not doing a few things right.
It's a bit frustrating to know you're doing incredible work when you look around and see people who are less talented, and less dedicated than you are who are earning so much cash.
Let's fix that!
This is exactly what I'm planning to do in this blog entry.
The root of the issue lies in the following aspects:
Too little charging
Doing only or too much one-on-one coaching
Doing too much work on behalf of your clients
Courses are only sold for sale
If you charge too little, you'll never earn the amount you'd like to.
Many coaches are hesitant to charge more due to the fact that they tie their costs to their own self worth rather than to their value to their customers.
The amount you charge should be proportional to the value you provide and not the time or work.
The issue of one-on-one coaching lies in the fact it can't grow with the player.
For each new client that you sign up, you will need to devote more time on them and, as you've guessed, your time is finite. There are only the time of your life for 24 hours.
This is why it's important to join a group coaching program if you're not already.
Group coaching program scale. Your workload doesn't increase but it increases moderately for each client you add.
The same applies similar if you're performing too much work for your clients. It is important to organize things to ensure that your clients are responsible for doing more of the tasks themselves. You offer Frameworks and Templates that make it simple for them to complete the task.
A lack of consistency in leads flow is the result of having the proper processes in place to bring you potential Dream Clients daily, and new clients every week.
If you are selling classes only, it tends to be a challenge to earn enough revenue consistently.
The courses have less actual or perceived value than coaching programs, where they can assist people with your coaching in addition to the "home study" nature of courses.
If you do not already have a coaching system then a group coaching program is the next obvious option to include.
They are the elements that have a bearing on.
This method of thinking helps getting enough cash simpler.
