Following Zoey Gong's move in China to China to the U.S. at age 16 when she was 16, she started getting sick. At the end of the day she had to alter her diet in order to improve the overall health and wellbeing of the family. Her experience prompted her to seek Western diet. In the end, she sought a strategy that was more comprehensive in the field of nutrition and health.
"I was feeling like all the globe was trying to lead me toward traditional Chinese therapy (TCM)," she says. "I believe that eating food is the most effective form of preventative treatment that TCM specifically focuses on." Combining her knowledge of culinary and nutrition, along with her vast understanding of TCM Zoey has developed an organization that is based on her desire to improve wellbeing of individuals by using TCM treatment in relation to food.
