About a decade in the past Lottie Murphy discovered her love with Pilates as she was pursuing ballet. "It was at this time of the when I was able to be calm and focused as well as keep my body strong, healthy and free of injuries," she says.

"You can say that I am a devoted practitioner of Pilates. Pilates has grown into something that is more important to me than just a job," she says.
