 Add Opportunities in Salesforce (or other CRMs) for Self Serve Transactions on

Task to be completed: Your sales team wants to transfer self-service sales to your CRM, so that they are able to see the purchases of customers to inform their upsell and upgrade plan for self-serve customers.

For our second example build in this series, we're featuring the work of Fred Linfjard showing how you are able to integrate self-serve transaction on your site with Salesforce in just a few minutes. This build also shows you an illustration of how Zapier could be utilized to collect data using webhooks. You can then transmit the data to a different service Zapier is able to connect to.

The second portion of the build Fred shows you how to utilize the Zapier trigger to catch webhooks and create records in Salesforce. The creation of records within salesforce using  webhooks lets teams attribute sign ups and self-serve transactions to an opportunity. The result is a single record for all business sales and the team can then use those records to better market upsells, upgrades, and upgrades to clients.
