This build is a demonstration of the way Zapier can gather information via webhooks. This permits Zapier to send data on another service Zapier could join with.
In the final part of the build, Fred shows how you can utilize Zapier's trigger feature to collect webhooks and create records within Salesforce. Record-keeping inside Salesforce with webhooks allows teams to assign sign-ups and self-service transactions to prospects. It creates a full file of sales records for businesses and teams can utilize the information to encourage upgrading, upsells, and in addition to upgrades for clients.
