And to listen to what they said about the things I do was truly moving. Yet, just as quickly they could also be reversed and aimed to each of them. Everyone has each other's backs. Whatever any one of us do individually takes credit to as a group as well as good as well as bad. So if something goes wrong and something goes wrong and we all work together to fix the issue. This is why I wouldn't have been able to have accomplished it without the assistance of my buddies. They're extremely special to me. And, I mean greater than any award. The award was definitely wonderful to receive.
Louise Cherry Barber: That's awesome. Also, it was an amazing experience being an observer and hearing all of your team members are able to get together telling stories about their experiences. You know, relating to them, and helping them understand what their issue is to find a answer quickly and provide them with the most pleasant experience to sell. This is exactly what I do in my daily life. And it's great that we have a business that matches the way that I'm doing it. I don't even need to consider it.
