Our Vice President of People & Culture, Louise Cherry Barber was capable of sitting down (virtually) for a chat with Danica concerning her successes as well as her experiences at .

Louise Cherry Barber: Danica There is an Springie Award Winner for our Q3 of 2023! Do you want to share the importance that led you to win your Springie Award here at ?

Danica Larsen:It felt really exhilarating and truly moving knowing that I brought something of me- my interesting persona throughout my day. It was nice to realize that other people were aware of my persona and received a warm welcome and admiration with a smile and not only because I had a specific number of points. This was my way of being portrayed, or other workplaces I've attended however, for the type of person I am, and also for the accomplishments which I've achieved beyond just an individual number. It was a pleasure to be known as a person. It was incredibly moving.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's incredible and well-deserved. Another thing that I'm interested in is your ability to discuss specific moments such as the tales you heard, but especially working on the project that you completed on the benchmarking program was praised by a handful of people. Can you tell us about the project?

Danica LarsenYes you're right. I've put into my work to the point where I'm happy to be recognized. I'm a little surprised to discover that the benchmarking program was one of the items that have been recognized because we're only in the beginning phases of our process and there's still a lot of work that needs to be completed. Additionally, I'm delighted to find that lots of people are enthused about this initiative. Because it's expected to provide tremendous value, I really hope it brings many benefits not only for the company itself but, but for our customers, our sellers as well. And we'll help to give our customers some insights regarding the best way to increase its growth future, and which we've observed has been a long-term winner as an idea that has been successful. It's a good thing to have seen it revealed at an early stage of the beta phase was intriguing, because it's a sign that many people across the globe can see the benefits, too.

Louise Cherry Barber: We recently updated our company's values. They now incorporate: Be Different by studying yourself and demonstrating the utmost urgency. I'm curious about what you think about these values.

Danica Larsen What they are is doing what's right and also being aware of the what doing"right" refers to. That means analyzing the situation, making quick decisions in making a quick decision. This is what I do. Doing that each day... as and looking at the other employees that make up the Support Team and the Support Team can indicate that they have the same values as our clients, as well as every day with our clients. Danica Larsen Danica Larsen is the only person who knows that I'm speaking exclusively from my own perspective. The most crucial element is to be attentive as much as you are able to. While working with diverse accounts, the business as well as the vendors, all who we come into contact with, knowing their requirements and their motivations, which will determine what we should do and how we should act. This is "seeking to understand" that achieve it without being attentive. This is my top tip number one. It's just to pay attentively to the people in your vicinity.
