Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I would like to congratulate you on winning our Springie award. It's been a long time since we announced it. So hopefully you were somewhat surprised when we announced it.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely, I was incredibly surprised. We are as a group -that is our PSI team. It's one of the most amazing groups of people I've ever been a part of, and hearing what they had to say about the work I do was extremely moving. But just as easily the same phrases can be turned around and aimed towards each of them. All of us have each others backs. And anything that any individual of us does takes credit with the collective effort whether it's good or not. So if something goes wrong it's our responsibility to join forces to fix the issue. So I couldn't have done it without the help of my friends. They mean a lot to me. I mean much more than the prize, for sure. But the award definitely felt wonderful to be awarded.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's amazing. Also, it was an amazing experience for me as an observer everyone on your team being able to gather and share stories and your experience. It's also great to hear how meaningful the team has been for your overall experience in this place. When you think about your experience with the Springie Award, and living by the principles of Making a Difference, Looking to Learn, and Acting with Urgency What suggestions do you offer to people whoI know you've spent almost nine years. How can you in your daily life, live by those principles? How do you make them real?

Jon Tewes:You know, I've been involved in a variety of organizations with various values. and the values that we have currently in a way mirror my basic values. So not living them is kind of foreign to me. This isn't a conscious decision which I want to accomplish. It's just the way I live my everyday life. Being a positive influence, knowing, and being urgent about what you're doing are our fundamental principles that just guide my work day. You know, we're working directly with sellers that are getting on board. And you know, empathizing with them, and working with them to really understand what their problem is and then figure out the quick solution, and then give them the best experience for selling is just the way that I live my day-to-day life. I'm glad that we have a company that really matches the way in which I do things, so I don't even be required to do anything.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's easy to not have to think about it when it's part of who you are. When you reflect on your experience in this space, what were your most satisfying things about being here ?

Jon Tewes:Well it's true that I've been around for a good while. At the heart of it, I'm jazzed to get my job done You know, and how come? It's because, as I've mentioned before the individuals and the ones I work with, it's best to be in a class. The platform we have, in this market of merchants of record, we are leaders, and I'm able to collaborate with those amazing people in shaping our future . It's the reason I'm here.
