The artist is all set beginning her journey of creativity by creating videos, as well as her personal YouTube channel! It's something she's been wanting to create for an extended period of period of. For courage, she sat through uncomfortable conversations with a camera, she uploaded a fun-to-watch video about herself, her work and the creative environment in which she lives.                Artist Vlog - Riso Chan

Riso Chan speaks about acceptance of her sensitive, real self in her work of art:

My work is extremely emotionally charged. I work on pictures that depict the emotions that I'm experiencing. Through my entire life, I've always been an extremely sensitive individual. As a child, I had a feeling that felt a bit uncomfortable , and I was able to avoid it. (...) As you grow to maturity, you discover that everyone is in good shape and feels differently. I decided to channel the emotional energy that I carry throughout my day and start creating art. I draw on it to stimulate my creative juices and spark new thoughts. It's incredible that something I've tried to eliminate throughout the day, I finally put it down on paper, which gave me an immense relief. It's finally getting to an opportunity to utilize this feeling, where I am able to use my emotions joys, pains and hurts, and put these down. It was truly amazing and led me to a space where I felt a sense of gratitude. It began to resonate with lots of others too. I was opening to putting thoughts on papers that I'd thought of before. Instead of striving to be the same as other artists who have were already "made it" I listened to what I wanted to express and who I am as a person. I accepted something I was not happy about in me, and discovered that it was actually my greatest potential. I'm very happy that I am the most sensitive of me.
