It's a good thing that Strive has two fantastic options to make life easier and ensure seamless organization. Learn how to leverage these tools:

New Drafts

Located on the right on the right Content Calendar page, the " Add New Draft" will be your starting point for the next blog you want to write.

The Workflow is Streamlined with Color-Coded Progress

Strive's vivid color scheme does more than just add visual appeal but it also acts as an extremely effective tool during the process of writing blog posts.

Each color represents a specific step in the process, allowing us to effectively communicate the next steps and the responsible people. This is how we use these colors:

  1. Not Started (Red): When I make a New Draft and it is automatically reverted to the status of Not Started with a striking red color. It signals to the author that it is time to write.
  2. writing (Orange): Once the writer starts creating the draft they transition the post status to Writing. This is accompanied by an eye-catching orange color. The change informs me that the posting is in progress.
  3. Editing (Yellow): When the draft is completed and ready for review the writer updates the post status to Editing. This is represented with a vivid yellow color. This notifies me that the article requires my attention for further review as well as revisions.
  4. Final (Green): After I've completed my edits and consider the post to be ready for publication and I change the status to Complete. Post box immediately changes into a calming green.
