Yvette is working full-time on her graphic novel. The entire process is expected to take 1.5 years. In 2021, Yvette returned to school once more. In the process of working to produce the initial graphic novel also is making time to learn more about creating characters and background artwork. Because of the assistance of her readers She can concentrate on creating the graphic novel and work on fan-film posters as well as original illustrations.

How would you describe your personal style?

"I would consider my style as a blend of Western & Asian influences. It has an old-fashioned and retro feel that is."

What are the keys in creating your original illustrations?

"The most important thing is to bring the characters out to the people who read them, while also executing well-thought out layouts and composition.

Most importantly, the determination to work in the writing process each and every day until the novel is completed."

"My Name is Yvette and I'm an illustrator living in Singapore.

I am a lover of storytelling as well as exploring all sorts of artistic mediums. I also like watching movies as well as music. You are likely to find as inspiration for my art."
